Every day, 67,000 families sit in ICUs — scared, lost, and desperate to help someone they love.
The system wasn't built for them. So they wait.
We built Familyroom.health because families deserve more than a brochure. They deserve healing. They deserve to be seen in this crisis and supported to participate in their loved one's care.
When families are supported, patients do better. Nurses are less burdened. Care becomes what it was always meant to be — a partnership between those who heal and those who love.
We're not a patient portal. We're not an app. We're a bridge — from overwhelm to confidence, from observer to partner, from the waiting room into the space where care happens.
Family care is patient care.
Every decision starts with a real person in a real moment.
80+ (and counting) interviews with families, nurses, and administrators. We start with empathy and design solutions that meet real needs with compassion.
Nurses co-create the protocols and validate the platform. Families shape the content. Systems inform the solution. This is how technology meets impact.
Every solution earns its way forward through clinical trials, usability testing, and real feedback from real ICUs. We observe, learn, and iterate.
We work closely with each pilot partner to design and implement for impact.
