Gratitude Practice
  • Think of three things you’re grateful for today
  • Write them down or say them quietly to yourself
  • Take a moment to feel the gratitude
Positive Memory Recall
  • Close your eyes
  • Think of a happy memory with your loved one
  • Visualize it in detail for 2 minutes
 Self-Compassion Moment
  • Place your hand over your heart
  • Say to yourself: “This is a difficult time. May I be kind to myself.”
  • Take three deep breaths
  • Repeat as needed

  • Start small, set a 2 minute timer and just sit quietly or start writing
  • Focus on your breathe, when thoughts come acknowledge them without judgment
  • Love yourself and know you’re loved
