5. Nourish

Proper nutrition will truly fuel your mind and body letting you better care for your loved one.

  • Drink water regularly. Keep a water bottle with you.
  • Eat balanced meals. Pack healthy snacks like fruits or nuts.
  • Try to maintain regular meal times.

  • Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep when possible.
  • Take short naps (15-20 minutes) during the day if needed.
